The EB-120
Australian Made, Australian Owned
All of our balers are designed and built in-house by our highly trained staff. Our processes are meticulous, ensuring that every baler we produce is just as good as the last. We use only the finest locally sourced materials and components. When you call on us, it's a local call.
Hand Built, Superior Quality Balers
We've taken years of experience and worked closely with our partners in the industry to produce what we believe to be the highest standard, and most cost effective waste baler on the market today. With all materials sourced from within Australian companies and manufactured locally, we know that the quality of our products is unmatched.
Designed to Benefit Your Business
Our balers are carefully designed to save your company time and money. With years of industry experience, we know the subtle nuances that make a good baler. With a fast cycle time of 17-24 seconds and by focussing the design of our balers to counteract jamming, blockages and other common problems, we can provide you with a completely hassle-free experience that won't break the budget.
Top Notch Electronics
With all of our electronics sourced from Starlogixs, we are delivering state-of-the-art controller units that make the operation of our baler easier than ever. With a built-in full bale alert, there is no chance you can overload and damage the unit. It comes electrically tagged and with a polarity reversing plug, meaning no expensive call outs from an electrician, it is ready to plug in and get working for your business.
High Bale Density
Our machine produces cardboard bales up to 135 kg and plastic bales up to 125 kg (Approximately 9 wool bags). Using a tried and tested hydraulics unit, our machine produces bales with one of the highest densities in its class, meaning that the bales can be tied off and removed, in-tact, before the unit is full if the need arises. Because of the innovations in our designs, even at full load and high density, the bale will not get stuck in the machine. Using a simple eject system on the front door, the bale will come out safely, quickly, and easily every time.
Safety
At Ezebale we take safety very seriously. By our designs the EB 120 is as safe as it can be made. Our electronics are designed to comply with AS4124.1 Safety of Machinery, CAT 3. Accessible moving parts are securely guarded. Our front door is latched by a wheel-lock system, that allows the safe release of pressure when opening the doors. The baler will not operate while any doors are open, and there are rebound guards that hold the waste in place while inside the unit. Comes with easy to understand safe operating instructions and access to instructional videos.
